This is the original idea behind the Salt Trial, a ground-breaking initiative exploring the possibilities for adapting and transforming human activities in the Camargue in the face of salinisation of the environment and climate change.<\/p>\n

A story to rethink biodiversity in the Camargue<\/p>\n

Next November, researchers, artists, elected representatives, residents and users will gather at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for a mock trial, giving all members of the local Camargue community the opportunity to testify on the region's current ecological problems.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectif ? Mettre en r\u00e9cit une n\u00e9gociation entre int\u00e9r\u00eats divers et visions divergentes pour pr\u00e9server l’\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me camarguais fragilis\u00e9 par les bouleversements climatiques et les usages de ses ressources.<\/p>\n
